Darby Puglielli is a certified elementary school teacher and seasoned Christian Formation Director. She developed Growing In Faith Together® while working in a small, Episcopal church in southern Wisconsin. As Darby began to work more with other churches in the diocese, she realized that the problems her church was facing (including loss of critical mass and regularly-attending parishioners) were fairly common. She now works with individual churches, dioceses, and regional & national conferences to tailor GIFT® to individual needs.

Darby has learned through experience as a Christian Formation Director and the children's chairperson of the diocesan Christian Formation Commission that no program or curriculum can be used "straight out of the box." Therefore, she encourages you to use what parts of GIFT® work for you and leave out those that do not.
