2009: "Holiness, Hospitality, Hunger, and Health"
September 13:
Savoring and Sharing. As an appetizer to introduce
this series, we will chew over the meaning of food in our culture and
in our own lives. Come share your own food memories as we begin this
exploration of the relationship between our faith and our foodways.
September 20: Leftovers and
Lost Ingredients. We will look at ingredients in the Christian (and
other) traditions for feeding faithfully today.
Please give the program a trial
run. If you are in town, please make a point of coming to lunch and
formation for six weeks. The "together" piece of Growing
In Faith Together means that the whole experience is enriched by
your presence.
